Due Diligence for a Dubai-Based Real Estate Company Partnering with a Russian Real Estate Developer
In this case study, we discuss the due diligence services we provided to a Dubai-based real estate company considering a partnership with a Russian real estate developer. The developer, recently relocated their headquarters to Dubai and run by Russian nationals, was under scrutiny by our client. Our client sought an in-depth analysis of the leadership, owners, and shareholders of the Russian company to determine the potential risks involved in doing business with them.
Our role was to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the backgrounds, financial histories, and reputational standings of the key figures in the Russian real estate firm.
